Experience
Jeff is a multilingual, dual-qualified accountant and lawyer with over 20 years of extensive multinational experience in professional executive leadership roles in both large public and private sector organisations. He specialises in managing large teams in the delivery of complex tax, legal, financial compliance, advisory, accounting, governance, strategy, and policy solutions to a range of clients across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Prosperity, Jeff was a Partner at KPMG in 2017 and moved to the Australian practice in 2021 to provide accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients in the Melbourne office.
Before relocating to Australia, Jeff worked in South America, based in Chile, where he played a crucial role in delivering market entry strategies, accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate advisory services to KPMG's multinational clients. His clientele included some of the world's largest firms and best-known brands across various sectors and industries, such as investment funds and their operating entities in sectors like mining and agriculture.
Prior to his tenure at KPMG, Jeff worked as a partner in a multinational legal practice, servicing the deals, tax, and corporate compliance needs of common law clients. He also built his own multidisciplinary practice to service international clients seeking tax, legal, accounting, and back-office services in Latin America.
Additionally, Jeff has held several senior roles in the Australian Federal Government, including Fellow to the Secretary of Defence and Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defence.
